In recent years,along with the education to the attention of the students' physical and mental development,At the same time,physical education also emphasizes the desalination of competitive ability in traditional sports project,which should be replaced by the project created according to the school resources and student interest to form the distinctive local sports curriculum and school-based curriculum.This study chooses Xingcheng elementary school sports activities as the research subject,aiming to get to the bottom of the development status of primary school sports activities in Xingcheng,analyze the problems on the development of the region,and offer countermeasures and suggestions to the actual situation in the region to the school and the administrative department of education government,and at last make every effort to ensure the smooth operation of the Xing Cheng elementary school sports activities carried out and ensure the health development of XingCheng pupil on body and mind.This research has mainly used the method of questionnaire investigation and interview.In addition,we have interviewed the principal and sports teacher of the characteristic school to get more valuable qualitative material for analysis.Study shows that less than half of XingCheng school have characteristic sports project,and among the characteristic sports project school,there are obvious differences between urban and rural areas,as well as the difference between the key and non-key schools;Sports activities time is given priority to with big recess,while the extracurricular activities time is used inadequatly;Sports activities'number arrangement in the characteristic project schools is very ample;Sports activities forms of teaching is mainly in class teaching,auxiliary to individual and collective teaching;Sports activities" plait is given priority to with student interest;Characteristic sports project school awards are always held,but winning awards level generally is not high;The cognition and attitude of teachers and students about the sports activities is good on the whole;Among the elementary school physical education teachers,the female teacher ratio is low,the teachers'age structure and teaching age distribution are reasonable,but the teachers' degree level is low,especially the highly educated level talented person is infrequent;About constraints on XingCheng characteristic sports project,the the main factors is shortages of space and equipment,followed by the student's study pressure,less time for extracurricular activities,and the last is the few funds for sports activities.The Case about Cao Zhuang elementary school sports activities,which is given priority to with collective teaching,and schools often hold unicycle competition activities,at the same time,and have a professional and conscientious teacher team who constantly play to people's subjective initiative in practice to overcome difficulties.These are the key to the existence and development of Cao Zhuang primary school.The countermeasure of this study mainly includes six aspects:1)Get the reasonable allocation of education resources and strengthen the weak school funding.2)Adjust the teaching evaluation weights and coordinate the relationship between physical exercises and knowledge.3)Fully excavate education resources and inject new energy into sports projects.4)Pay attention to evaluation on the characteristic school and establish scientific evaluation index system.5)Optimize physical education teachers team and introduce highly educated sports teacher talents.6)Actively overcome the limiting factors,and promote the development of characteristic sports.
