The life of people most of the time in education,and in the different variety of education,moral education and mental health education to people's health,self promotion is the music but there is no denying the fact that,it is rich in content,can beat the moving emotional subject also plays an indispensable position in to strengthen the quality of their own.The art of music education can improve people's aesthetic ability is the only way which must be passed,cultivating independent personality and creative spirit,from the Department of Education issued various documents can be seen in the society more attention to the all-round development of more and more,hope that a person is a comprehensive development in school.Music education can also help people to establish a good moral concept,but also to stimulate the enthusiasm of people's learning,through the beautiful melody treatment,to cultivate people's awareness and regulate people's nerves to make them happy.But with the rural school music education is generally in a relaxed,not to be understood,parents,teachers,schools for music education is not high,so that the rural music education in a more embarrassing position.Kailu County Rural Primary and secondary school music education development is still lagging behind compared to other regions,there is a lack of abundant teachers,education funds,teaching materials and teaching aids and equipment shortages,the development of the music classroom teaching situation of primary and middle school students seriously hinder the local.Therefore,this research in educational action research,draw lessons from the modern education theory,constructivism theory,modern psychology and the methodology of scientific research,enhance the theory in practice,perfect the research under the guidance of theory.The following research methods are as follows: comprehensive investigation,behavior observation,empirical extraction,case study,conversation,bad behavior correction,literature research,etc..In Kailu County Rural Primary and secondary schools the status quo and Development Countermeasures of music classroom teaching as the center,through the study of the Kailu County Rural Primary and middle schools of rural music education status,Kailu County existing music classroom teaching in primary and middle schools,puts forward effective ways to effectively solve the existing problems in Kailu County Rural music classroom teaching in primary and middle schools,to further improve the rural music teaching the level of.
