The Current Reading Status Of Senior Students In Elementary School And The Development Strategy

Extracurricular reading is an important way to improve students' Chinese accomplishment.Compared with classroom reading,it refers to the way students learn by reading all kinds of children's books.The purpose of extracurricular reading is to further help students to broaden their horizons,cultivate noble sentiment,improve their self-learning ability and form good study habits.Therefore,it is of great significance to pay attention to students' extracurricular reading and guidance,and to train students to develop good reading habits and abilities.In order to understand the primary school(grade three or four)extracurricular reading status of students as the starting point,using the method of literature,questionnaire and interview,through the collation and analysis of survey data,found that the middle school students in Dongsheng District eleventh primary school extracurricular reading,there are the following problems: the extracurricular reading purpose is not clear,a few kinds,without reading in the right direction;reading methods students learn less;parallel classes,part of the class students' reading habits and interests is worrying;lack of effective reading evaluation.The main reasons for these problems are: the impact of information intelligent social reading to the students;family,influence,can not play its guiding role;school teachers on students' extracurricular reading effect is not enough;the students really lack the ability of reading,reading.To solve the above problems,this paper puts forward five improvement strategies: first,home school for students to do physical and mental preparation;second,let parents be promote children extracurricular reading assistant;third,teachers should create a rich and convenient reading environment for students;fourth,curriculum should pay attention to the reading methods and habits and skills training;fifth,the rich and colorful reading activities and reading evaluation timely,let the students extracurricular reading is full of vitality.
