A Study Of Social Work Involved In The Troubles Of Teenagers In Grandparenting Family

With the life pressure increasing and the rapidity of the population's aging,the grandparenting has grown to be a common parenting style in China today.As many studies show,although grandparents can take good care of the teenagers in life,but there are still many drawbacks when teenagers live with grandparents,such as the grandparenting education is bad for teenagers to develop emotional and psychological,meanwhile it will against the teenagers to form good habits.This thesis studied that social work intervene the growth troubles of teenagers,taking S middle school as an example.Basing on the the system theory,social learning theory and cognition and behavior theory.The thesis has discussed in five parts: introduction,main body of article dividing into three chapter and conclusion.The introduction is composed of research background and meaning,research summary,related concepts,methods of research,introduction is the basis of thesis.In the first chapter,First,it's a brief introduction about the teenagers who was surveyed.Second,the connection between the young and their parents.Third,it states the basic about the knowledge level,education methods and the age of the grandparents.Finally found the problem by analyzing questionnaire.The second chapter mainly discusses the troubles faced by teenagers and analyzing the reasons.The author discusses the difficulties including the troubles of feelings and emotions,the troubles of relationship,behavior troubles,academic troubles and analyzing the reasons.The third chapter is the social work involved in the development of teenagers to develop the plight of the group of practical process,is dividedinto the knowledge of grangparenting education,communication boundless,grateful heart,enhancing self-confidence four theme activities.In this chapter,the author discusses in detail the contents,process,assessment and so on.Then,the author review the entire activities and throw out a suggestion.The conclusion is mainly to make a comprehensive summary and prospect,and making further interpretation that social work involved in the troubles of teenagers is necessary.
