Research On Improving The Social Adaptability Of Teenagers In Restructured Families By Team Work ——Take The WG Community In S City As Example

Along with the social economic development level,people more tolerant attitude to the marriage.Number according to the Ministry of Civil Affairs,China remarried toll of4.5594 million 2019,year-on-year increase of 267200 people,rose 6.23% year-on-year.Reorganization of the family showed a trend of increase in the number of our country,and divorced people mainly is the age of 35-44 people,most of them have minor children and will choose to remarry,most teenagers in adolescence,those 14-17 after the reorganization of the family they can adapt to the new family environment,school environment and community environment,is a worthy question,therefore,reorganization of the family adolescent social adaptation ability is worth our attention.In this paper,through methods such as interviews,questionnaires,scales,WG in S city community restructuring family teenagers as the research object,the key to this group of social adaptation ability is analyzed.Found that most of the reorganization of the family adolescent social adaptation ability is poor,the main problems include the sense of belonging degree of weak stiffness,the lack of dating skills,family relationships,planning consciousness weak,passive learning attitude and lack of self-confidence,and causes of the problem including the reorganization of the family not only teenagers personal internal factors,including family,school,community and other external factors.The design and implementation of a series of group work,focus on improving their psychological sense of belonging,improve the family environment,build good interpersonal communication,etc.,so as to comprehensively promote reorganization of the family adolescent social adaptation ability.The innovation point of this essay is specializing in reorganization of the family adolescent social adaptation ability,adopt the group work intervention in the form of links all resources,combined with the Internet service mode,trying to ease social adaptability problems of this group.Deficiency is the question about legal aid and other professional knowledge difficult to accurate reply.
