Research On The Application Of Learning Behavior Analysis In Network Course

With the development of information technology,network education platforms have sprung up.Learners can choose different platforms based on their own learning objectives,using computers and mobile devices as learning tools,taking advantages of teachers' help,finding the most suitable learning method,setting up their own knowledge system gradually,and achieving their learning objectives eventually.The learning behavior data that occur in the process of learning in network courses have great research value for network education and network education platforms.Through processing and analyzing these data,characteristics and regulations of learners can be founded to put forward reasonable suggestions for network education platforms,thus better network learning environment can be offered.This article takes learners located in Beijing that choose accounting qualification curriculum of an accounting network education platform as research objectives(as A network education platform below),using their learning data as research sample to extract,disposal and filter by taking advantages of convenient operation of Stata software.Because the main purpose of this article is to offer improvement suggestions for the A accounting network education platform,some factors that cannot be changed by the platform should be eliminated firstly,such as learners' gender and education background.Secondly,combing with Stata software and multiple regression equation lnY=?1x1+?2x2+?3x3+…+?nxn+? to analyze learners' behaviors,and determine factors as follow: daily average times of login,watching videos,posts,replies,rising questions in lives,and daily duration of keeping online,watching videos,and exercises score.Thirdly,this article uses R software to visualize processed data based on the excellent visualization technology of R software.Meanwhile,t test and variance test are used to test the results of visualization in order to get the accurate results.Fourthly,social network analysis is applied to find out the participation of the learners by extracting text information occurred in the process of online learning.In the final part,this article offers reasonable improvement suggestions so that the A accounting network education platform can offer better online learning environment for online learners.This article also expounds the lack and expects to optimize in future studies.
