The advancement of the education informatization brings the major change of the traditional classroom teaching. The learning model which combining online and offline has been highly concerned and respected. At the same time, the thought of "Internet plus" is gradually penetrated into all fields. As the outcome of the integration of information technology and education, network learning platform provides the rich learning resources and convenient communication channels for teachers and students. Meanwhile, when students use the platform they can generate a lot of behavioral data, which has great significance to the study of the E-learning behavior of students. In the field of education, the rapid development of learning analytics is based on the massive learning behavior data and mining the hidden value of the data. Using the learning analytics, we can explore the mechanism of the learning process, understand how to carry out the specific learning process, monitor the student's learning progress, and evaluate the information network learning platform for the role of learning.In this paper, taking the information demonstration course "Database Principle" (Bilingual) on Blackboard platform as an example, we explored the E-learning behavior of learners by learning analytics, in order to improve the learning effect of students, strengthen cooperation exchange activities between students, and provide reference for further optimize and improve the information network learning platform. Firstly, the research uses statistical analysis method to analyze the learners' access to the web course according to the course analysis report of platform. The result shows the performance of learners and the characteristics of the network learning behavior in the platform. Further more, this paper explores the causes of some learning behaviors. Then we use the social network analysis method, with UCINET (including NetDraw) tools, to analyze the interaction between teachers and students from the aspects of learners' social network structure and network center. And this paper puts forward suggestions on using the behavior characteristics to improve students' learning of the course. Finally using correlation analysis of SPSS to explore the correlation between network learning behavior and courses grades, we proved that the use of the network learning platform has a promoting effect on the students' learning achievement, and compared with the learners who didn't use the platform to validate the results of the experiment.
