In recent years,the workshop,as a way to promote the professional development of teachers,has received a lot of recognition.The head teacher workshop established by Dr.Li is a learning organization for promoting the development of head teacher.It adopts both the online and offline ways to organize activities in order to improve its operation effect.At present,the existing research has made an overall evaluation of the effect of the workshop,but the analysis and evaluation of its activities need to be further strengthened.The paper regards the first members' text in the "Rainbow" head teacher workshop as the research content.It analyzes the workshop members' online participation situation from three dimensions of behavior,cognition and emotion by using the social network analysis method and content analysis method.Through the method of content analysis,it discovers that the workshop members post less amount of text and frequency of interaction in the forum between each other is not high.Meanwhile,it also notices that the workshop members as the teachers for students pay more attention to the management and development of students,and the content of the text releases more positive emotion than negative emotion.Through the social network analysis method,it builds a community map which shows that the team has a certain degree of cohesion and Z5 has the highest centrality degree followed by Z7,Z6,Z9,Z8 in order.In addition to the above results,after deeply studying the text posted by first members in “rainbow” teacher workshop,it finds that the level of teachers' school age,the management and guidance from organizers or assistants,workshop offline activities and group cohesion have an important influence on the workshop members' online participation.Based on the above analysis,some suggestions are made.The workshop organizers should set up the personnel standards at the beginning of the workshop establishment,and timely organize and guide the interaction between members.The workshop members should be clear about the problem,be sincere to others in interaction and be brave to face the contradictions directly when they post text in the forum.On the activities of the design,online and offline activities should be in close combination for promoting learning and communication more effectively.What's more,the contents of the text in forum can be issued both in limited and unlimited modes.
