Research On The Volunteerism Of College Students And Its Cultivation

With the development of global economy,politics and civilization,voluntary service has gradually come into view and played one of the indispensible roles in people's daily life.And the voluntary spirit embodied in it is the most significant element in guiding people's behaviors.As the main content of voluntary service,volunteerism is inherently contained and leads to the occurrence of voluntary service,thus it plays a consciousness forerunner in the voluntary behaviors.At the same time,voluntary service concentrates on volunteerism and the effect of voluntary service depends on the formation of volunteerism.That is to say,voluntary spirit and the voluntary service cannot be separated from each other at all.Nowadays,volunteers in China are mainly composed of college students.The cultivation of college students' voluntary spirit inspires their active participation in voluntary activities,and promotes the development of volunteering career both home and abroad.This paper will emphatically discuss the issue of college students' voluntary spirit and the cultivation of it at the same time.Paper will be divided into three parts besides the introduction in order to learn the spirit and cultivation of college students volunteer.The first part of the paper,on the basis of concept of volunteer service and volunteerism,combined with the characteristics of college students themselves,summarizes and generalizes the college students' concept of volunteerism,and analysis of the main content.At the same time,the first part points out that college students volunteer spirit not only has the theoretical basis of marxism,but also learn from the Confucian benevolence view and western charity,humanitarian concept.The second part points out that the overall situation of college students volunteer spirit in modern times.For example,the college students are widely recognised volunteerism,voluntary spirit embodied in large-scale events,and volunteer spirit become the important content of ideological and political education.In addition to this,college students volunteer spirit still have deficiencies.Voluntary dedication have deficiencies and active participation is not stron.This part points out problems and analyze its causes in order to provide a basis in the cultivation of college studentsvolunteer spirit.The third part is based on the formation of the first and second part,aiming at the problems of college students volunteer spirit and the cause analysis in the cultivation of college students volunteer spirit must play schools,individuals,families,and the power of the society,and four must cooperate with each other,complement each other,form the dominant breeding based on school education,based on the subjectivity of self education basic cultivation and cultivation,based on the family education based on the optimization of the social environment to foster path,volunteer spirit cultivation of college students so as to provide some useful reference.
