Elementary education reform in our country is well underway,the education teaching reform to absorb advanced teaching idea and teaching method,improve the effect of education teaching,development of developing well-rounded talents for the society.Situational teaching method is emerging in recent years,the teaching method,with the deepening of the situational teaching theory research and application practice,situational teaching method is widely used in the field of sports teaching.Basketball in primary and secondary schools sports field occupies very important position.Along with the implementation of the "sports and health curriculum standard" and change,big changes have taken place in primary school basketball teaching method,the new teaching idea and teaching method is gradually applied in basketball teaching,many teaching ideas and methods with the situational teaching method the basic content.About the situational teaching method in the basketball teaching in the field of applied research.But,on the application of situational teaching method in elementary school basketball teaching research are relatively few.Combined with the elementary student's physical and mental characteristics and rules of basketball teaching,situational teaching method is widely used in the primary school basketball teaching is highly harmony and consistency.Need to strengthen the related theoretical and experimental research,and promote the improvement of basketball teaching primary school,expanding the situational teaching method application category.Combined with present situation teaching method in elementary school basketball teaching application research status,based on the situational teaching method applied in the primary school basketball teaching as the research object,combined with the actual condition of himself,the sixth grade from heilongjiang Harbin hulan district polity,62 boys basketball elective course as experimental object,mainly using the method of documentary,expert interview,questionnaire investigation and experiment method on 14 weeks of situational teaching experimental research.Research results that: situational teaching method and traditional basketball teaching methods to promote elementary student's sports ability difference is small,situational teaching method is more help to enhance the level of students such as shooting,passing and dribbling skills,situational teaching method can promote pupils more basketball interest,attitude,motivation,learning initiative.In order to better promote the application of situational teaching method in elementary school basketball course,make more basketball teachers of primary and secondary schools better application of situational teaching method,and suggested that the establishment conforms to the primary school students physical and mental characteristics and basketball teaching the actual teaching situation;Situational teaching method application carefully apply game teaching;Changes of different types of basketball teaching situation,improve the students' attention and learning initiative.
