A Study On The Establishment Of Index System Of Location Selection Of Sports Goods Circulation Industry Distribution Center

With the rapid development of economic globalization and Internet and the country's vigorous support to the development of sports industry,sports goods circulation industry has become more and more important in sports industry,while efficient and reasonable logistics distribution system brings high profitability to the production and circulation of sports goods circulation industry and makes it more harmonious and perfect.The distribution center of sports goods circulation industry is the central pillar of distribution system of sports goods circulation distribution.Therefore,the appropriate location selection of distribution center is the decision of corporate-level strategy and directly relates to rapidity,coordination and healthy development of economy,which can improve the efficiency of sports goods circulation distribution,save costs and finally make it achieve maximum benefit.The thesis is based on AHP-FCE method to comprehensively analysis and evaluate the location selection of distribution center of sports goods circulation industry.By using the methods of documentary,expert interview,Delphi and AHP-FCE etc.and refering to the analysis of predecessors' s resesrch and related theories,it classfies sports goods circulation industry,studies the influence factors of location selection of distribution center of different core areas of sports goods circulation industry after the classification and finally establishes evaluation index system through the AHP method,which ensures the science rationality of index system.And then it uses AHP-FCE method to comprehensively evaluate the case of location selection of distribution center of sport suits of sports goods circulation industry and the result is “good” rating,which indicates the method is valid.This model determines the optimal location of sports goods circulation industry,which can be the reference for location selection of distribution center of other different core areas of sports goods circulation industry and plays an important role in the effective operation of the whole circulation system of sports goods.
