The Study On The Risk Management Of The Operation Of Beijing Sport University Venues

With the development of economic,and the improvement of comprehensive national strength,sport affairs develops vigorously in our country.After the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,people pay more attention to the management and implement of sport venues.Venues of University is one of the most important resources in our society,and it plays an important role in the process of university education and sports for all,so there are higher requests for the management of Venues of University.The object of this study is venues of Beijing Sport University,from the point of the venues' features and daily operation situation,the study analysis the aspects of risk recognition,risk assessment and risk response by following the basic steps of risk management.By using the methods of literature material,expert interview and field trips,firstly,the study talk about and explain the relevant concept of risk management.Then,from the point of features of venues,the study explains the relevant concept of sport venues and avenues of university.Furthermore,it studies the real situation?management system and existing problems of venues in Beijing Sport University.Through the daily work experiences and interview of experts,it study the risk of venues in Beijing Sport University in three aspects: daily education,opening up and large-scale activities.By following the steps of risk recognition and assessment,the study provides some risk response method in the end.The main concision including:The purpose of risk management of the university venues is to instruct practical work by using the theory,thus to reduce the loss when operating the venues,and improve the ability of resist risk,finally to realize the maximal benefit of venues;The system of risk management in Beijing Sport University hasn't been completed.There are also problems in the aspects of maintain of the facilities,the management of security and sanitation,arrangement of staff,finance management,and so on;During the daily operation,what happens frequently and losses the most is the damage of facilities.And this kind of risk disturb the regular operation easily,which must be avoided.For other kinds of risk,the manager should take appropriate measures to reduce loss;The main task of risk management of the operation of the Beijing Sport University venues is to increase the consciousness of risk management of staff during the daily management.And making efective plan of risk management is also important.
