The Risk Management Of Sports Venues In Shandong Universities Based On FMEA

There are many risks in the operation of College Stadiums and gymnasiums,which affect the scientific operation and development of the College Stadiums and stadiums,and also restrict the development and operation of the college stadiums.How to avoid,transfer and control risks in the operation of sports venues has become the focus of scholars in this field.The research is mainly focused on risk management of Shandong University gymnasium.The FMEA method of management quality and risk management is used to identify and evaluate the potential failure factors(risks)in the operation process of Shandong University stadium,and to solve the problem of risk assessment and control in the operation of College Gymnasium by using FMEA.Based on the FMEA method,this study investigates the current situation of risk management in the stadium and gymnasiums of Shandong University by using the methods of literature,expert interview and mathematical statistics.On the basis of risk management experience,experience transfer,RBS method and other methods,it combines experts to confirm the specific risk of risk recognition results,and uses the FMEA method to quantify the risk and carry out expert reconsideration.According to the assessment results,we formulate relevant risk avoidance,transfer and control strategies.The conclusions are as follows:(1)in the process of risk management of sports venues and gymnasiums,Shandong University,with the help of building risk management group,establishing and improving the rules and regulations of risk management,organizing employees to participate in risk management knowledge and skill training,improves the risk management ability and accumulates a lot of risk management experience.(2)the sports facilities in the stadium of Shandong University still have the problems of the hidden danger of personnel and facilities,the shortage of personnel,the lack of the implementation of the risk management system and the shortage of the management personnel of the stadiums and stadiums,and the countermeasures are put forward in the light of the existing problems.(3)the risk of damage to the facilities,the risk of personal safety,the risk of property safety,the risk of medical fire and fire in the stadium,the risk of emergency evacuation,the risk of stampede and riot,the risk of common resource supply,geological disaster and climate disaster are the main risks of the operation of the stadiums and stadiums in Shandong University.Personnel management and market competition risk,financial risk,risk of normal school teaching activities,and general risks of venue health environment maintenance.Colleges and universities are mainly responsible for teaching responsibilities,so we should pay enough attention to the risk of school teaching order and try to avoid this risk.(4)it is feasible to solve the risk management of stadiums in Shandong University based on FMEA.It has a high value of use and promotion.
