Analysis On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Property Management In Beijing Sport University

The state has promoted and actively promoted school space,opening up to the public,and introduced a number of policies.Property management services industry continues to develop,and the corresponding laws and regulations support,property management industry continued healthy development,market environment and actively improve the molding.At present,most of the domestic Property Management Company are smaller,and the concentration of development is not enough.The main task of university stadiums and gymnasiums is to protect the school's physical education,training,competition and after-school sports activities,so the sports facilities are complete and centralized.In our country,colleges and universities,stadiums and gymnasiums are all state-owned assets of the school and serve the school,so it is difficult to get rid of the category of administrative and welfare management mode in management.But the development of the stadium is also subject to the investment of the school,the school funding completely determines the stadium all kinds of equipment and facilities maintenance and renewal period,some of the equipment even beyond the period of use is still running.With the development of sports industry and the rapid growth,operation and management of stadiums should come to the market,change the concept of management,the college sports facilities are constantly trying new management mode,mainly concentrated in the property management and leasing contract mode.Based on the research of domestic stadiums property management concepts and related management model,analysis and discussion of user satisfaction in Beijing Sport University Museum property management situation analysis,find out the existence of the Beijing Sport University comprehensive museum in the property management problems,and puts forward the main strategy to promote the comprehensive development of the property management center of Beijing Sport University,aims to promote scientific management stadiums in China.This paper consists of 5 parts.First,the purpose and significance of research,analyze the necessity of university property management venues and the important role;second,the literature review,the concept and characteristics of the property,stadiums,property management,property management of stadiums and user satisfaction are described,as well as for the research of the property,property,property and the university gymnasium the stadium property management mode;third,the research object and research methods;fourth,analysis and discussion of user satisfaction situation of Beijing Sport University gymnasium property management analysis;fifth,the existence of the Beijing Sport University comprehensive museum were analyzed,providing suggestions based on the Beijing Sport University Museum of property management development direction.
