On The Employment And Its Countermeasure Research Of College Students In Xinjiang

At this stage,along with the continuous development of higher education,the gradual transition from the original "elite education" as of now "popular education" Students no longer in today's society "favored" in the job market,education It is no longer a competitive advantage for college graduates,employers favor more hard work in higher overall quality of talent.Moreover,with the yearly increase in the number of college graduates,so that college graduates now face even more severe employment situation.Xinjiang in the economic slowdown and structural adjustment,deepening background,regional coal,petroleum,steel,chemicals,construction and other traditional industries and enterprises to absorb reduced employability,employment of graduates to bring greater pressure.Moreover,the problem of employment shall be deemed processed,not just related to the employment of college graduates in Xinjiang,but also directly affect the stability and development of society.In this paper,collected by the relevant literature,combined with domestic and foreign research scholars from reality,in objective terms,the Universities of Xinjiang as the research object,the employment situation in Xinjiang colleges and universities in 2015 were described analysis,a comprehensive understanding of the current situation in Xinjiang Higher employment work facing problems;in subjective terms,Xinjiang Agricultural University students as a sample survey,the students understand the problems in employment,its data analysis;then from the students themselves,the social environment,universities and employers influencing factors which produced four issues.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures.
