Since1999theimplementation of university enrollment, higher education from “elite education " in the"public education", the number of graduates showed an increasing trend, in2014, thenumber of graduates reached727million. With the increase in the number of graduates,the employment problem of graduates becomes the focus of the current hot spots andsocial concern. Particularly affected by the global financial crisis, the number of jobsavailable in the community and not to the increase in the number of graduates increased;on the contrary, there is stagnation and decline in performance.2014was to become “themost difficult job in the history."
