From the late 1990s, the scale of our country's higher education has been expanded rapidly. With the gross entrance rate exceeding 15%, our country's higher education has entered a new stage in the transition from the elite education to the popular education. However, a series of questions appeared with that, such as the problem of education quality, university graduates ideological and political education and so on. The most prominent one among them should be the university graduates'employment problem, to a certain degree, it has become a common social issue, which concerns the reform and development of higher education, the relationship between university and the society, and national harmonious and stable development as well. So how to deal with the comprehensive and complicated problem? I believe that the key lies on the change of our employment view. As the primary stage the popular higher education stays, the supporting system is left to be completed and improved, which hinder the university student's employment view from forming seriously. In this way, drawing on the experience of relevant theoretical methods and research results, the text aims at carrying on the systematic discussion to the factor influencing university student's employment view theoretically and putting forward some constructive opinions. This paper consists of introduction and 4 main body parts.The first part briefly reviews the relevant policies and practices of university graduates employment from 1949 and defines related concepts. The second part is about the analysis of the current difficult situation of university graduates employment. It mainly analyzes and summarizes some factors which restrict the employment of university graduates, like social factors, universities, students and family factors.The third part is a brief introduction and analysis about employment regulations and methods of the developed countries, such as America, Japan and Russia, with a view to draw on the successful experience from their jobs to get some implications to solve the situation. The fourth part is to give some opinions and suggestions on how to solve the situation which are based on the analysis beforehand. The main advices include strengthening the roles of government and the institutions of higher education play in promoting the employment of university graduates, as well as fully mobilizing undergraduates and their families.
