The innate character,connotation, present situation and coping strategies of recitation teaching in middle school are studied in this thesis from the theoretical and practical two levels. Disclose the meaning of recitation teaching in modern Chinese teaching through the basis of re-examination of the traditional methods. Launch the discussion on the strategies of Chinese recitation teaching through the basis of investigation and analysis on the present situation of Chinese recitation teaching. This thesis aims to trying to find the coping strategies in modern Chinese recitation teaching and popularizing,promoting recitation teaching, so that language reading can really come into the middle school and plays its corresponding effect.This thesis is divided into five parts."Introduction" is the first chapter. Title selection background, significance of the topic,application value as well as the research status of Chinese recitation in high school language elective courses are studied."The essence,significance and the new standard of recitation teaching of the new curriculum" is the second chapter. First the history of recitation teaching was traced,and then the essences as well as its personality were analyzed. The histories of recitation teaching and contemporary experts’opinions and their tries were re-examined."Survey analysis of present recitation situation in middle school Chinese teaching "is the third chapter. Questionnaire survey of recitation situation in middle school was conducted in the author’s working school and obtained corresponding data. According to the analysis of theory and practice of the data, some existing prominent issues were obtained,and then they were settled and classified."Coping strategies of recitation teaching in middle school Chinese teaching "is chapter 4. This chapter is the focus of this thesis, mainly combined the status of the problem and some recommendations were put forward, tried to transform the traditional concept of recitation teaching, cultivated the training of students’good recitation habits and extended evaluation mode for students’recitation,further to construct a new system of recitation teaching.The fifth chapter is a conclusion.
