At present,the basic education in our country there are many weak schools.Their continued existence and long-term lack of effective reform seriously affected the education fairness principle and influence the development level of basic education and improve the quality of the entire national,affect the realization of harmonious society and the goal of building a well-off society.Therefore,the state and improvement the weak school more attention,the government and education departments at all levels have made great efforts.On this basis,the weak school reform has made some achievements,such as the weak school hardware facilities has been greatly improved.However,in some areas of weak school reform of local policy,resource allocationThe education system,school management,there are still not know the place,security issues are not effective.Therefore,this research mainly from the local education policy,school management,teacher management,five aspects of students and community survey weak state of a S school in Fusong County,and on the basis of the five aspects survey data and interview records of detailed analysis and in-depth research,to find out the causes of some S school present situation,is helpful to the study of other similar properties of the weak rural schools and to provide reference;and put forward the suggestions and Countermeasures of improving weak schools.Help to enrich the research field in the theoretical level,has theoretical significance.This article through to a S school in Fusong county leaders conducted a questionnaire survey of teachers and students in the S school principals and parents were interviewed,it is comprehensive,practical to the weak condition of a S school in Fusong county.Through this research,draw the following conclusions:(1)the local education policy is not conducive to the development of schools,on the one hand the government investment is difficult to meet the requirements of the development of weak schools,on the other hand,the lack of one of the external evaluation system of education is the weak school produced.(2)the school management is backward,lack of advanced leadership the concept of management,internal management system is not perfect,the cultural construction of the weak,no special targeting,low quality of teaching.(3)the teacher management is backward,not conducive to the growth of teachers,teachers can not participate in the development of the school,the education idea is too traditional,not to create a good environment for the growth of teachers,lack ofTo continue the exchange of education learning and experience,lack of backbone teachers and academic leaders.(4)students poor students,students'psychological problems.(5)the public opinion is poor,did not interact with the community.Put forward the following suggestions according to the research results:(1)the local education bureau shall adopt the weak school tilt policy,increase investment in weak school resources,establishing the developmental evaluation system.(2)to improve the school management quality,deepen the internal reform of school teaching,pay close attention to quality management,establish a good school culture,develop characteristic the positioning for school.(3)allow teachers to actively participate in school development,changing teachers' teaching ideas,improve various rules and regulations,establish a good environment to help teachers carry out inter school cooperation,interaction,exchange experiences and training of backbone teachers.(4)to cultivate children's self-confidence,promote the establishment of ScienceStudents comprehensive development evaluation system.(5)pay attention to parents and school cooperation,pay attention to publicity,establish a good social image.
