Abstract/Summary:
Since the 1990 s,the birth rate of rural population in China has declined significantly,the economic income of rural residents and the income of urban residents have continued to increase,more and more young people in rural areas have invested in the tide of urban manufacturing,service industry and infrastructure construction,and the number of students in many schools in rural areas has gradually decreased.Therefore,it is necessary to appropriately integrate weak schools in rural areas,and re integrate and optimize limited education Resources.In this study,two weak schools in Zhangjiajie City,the No.4 Middle School and the No.6 Middle School of Cili,which are located in the northwest of Hunan Province,were merged as a case study and participated by themselves And the investigation,to the two schools before the consolidation,after the consolidation some problems and their causes,after the merger of school management,education,teaching,teaching reform,teaching and research,external environment and other aspects of the inquiry,found that after the consolidation of rural weak schools,although the hardware has achieved a substantial improvement,but there are still backward management,students’ education loopholes,teaching inefficiency,teaching and research is just a formality,teaching reform is stagnant,teachers’ subjective initiative is different,the sense of ownership is not strong,the support of higher authorities is weak,and the surrounding environment of the school is not good.The main reasons are that after the consolidation of the two schools,the members of the school team have not strong sense of development,the middle-level cadres have not been able to adjust their positions in time,the post arrangement is not reasonable,the school system construction and implementation are not in place,the education and teaching supervision is not in place,the evaluation of teachers and staff is not reasonable,the established policies have not been implemented after being linked with the famous schools,the advanced education and teaching concepts of the famous schools have not been paid attention to and implemented,and the education Education authorities and the government are worried about education competition and want to maintain the absolute status of key middle schools.In order to solve these problems,we must take measures.The school team members need to adjust their management ideas,actively deal with the problems left over by history,timely adjust the positions of middle-level cadres,strictly formulate and implement the school’s rules and regulations,strengthen the management of education and teaching,implement the measures of teaching,research and teaching reform,strengthen the training of teachers,provide the development platform for teachers,and improve the welfare of teachers and staff If so,we should strive for the support of higher authorities to improve the external environment of the school.
