Subjeet:Through analyze the training arrangement keep four stages from basic training to competitive of the women's javelin athletes Du Xiaowei,summarizing the Du Xiaowei different training stages of training task arrangement,training load arrangement,training cycle arrangement and the characteristics of technical action,training methods,training means,such as the change of the performance,Summarize her successful experience.Through analyse case study of the problems existing in the training and combine with the modern javelin training characteristics,to correct the train.Provide a reference for cultivating excellent javelin athletes training mode and give theoretical reference for the cultivation of reserve talented person for the majority of coaches and athletes,esearchers in the study of the future training and discus provide certain reference value.Methods:Select outstanding female javelin athletes Du Xiaowei in our country as the research object who a major injury in 2012 and have rehabilitation training arrangement,using the method of documentary,expert interview and analysis of the main case summary Du Xiaowei different training stages of training task arrangement,training load arrangement,training cycle arrangement and the characteristics of technical action,training methods,training means adopted by the research,such as the change of the training performance characteristics.Result:Du take part in heavy games for three consecutive weeks,and does not adapt the games,the drop of the lower limb muscle strength,before to cross legs moving towards right knee appeared outside genu valgum and spiral movement,lead to the anterior cruciate ligament injury;In the 2013 years after the injury,her run-up speed is slow,step size is small,and have high center of gravity,the support strength of supporting leg is not enough,the movement is not completely beyond the instruments in the final,physical strength is not passed from lower extremity to the upper extremity completely to action,and not a very good preparation before hand posture,shots after the lack of fully follow actions;For the shortcomings of the lower limb muscle strength and stability problems in some specific practice,need to increase the quadriceps,gluteus strength and nerve to muscle control,maintain aerobic ability and physical quality;In terms of psychology,automation direction has reached very high levels,also need to teach how to mobilize and activate the mobilization.Only deal with stress ability,increase confidence,strengthen the technical ability of the individual,pain and fatigue in training and competition is good for bear and have a good state.
