| The purpose of this study is to make more people understand the pertinence and scientific nature of the physical fitness training of the high-level athletes before the competition.The research uses literature method,expert interview method,observation method,test method and mathematical statistics,and analyzes and studies the characteristics of pre-competition physical fitness training goal and stage division,content,method,means and load,and discusses the relationship between pre-competition physical fitness training effect and technical improvement and sports performance.Results :1.The pre-competition physical fitness training of women’s excellent javelin athletes in China is divided into three stages.The time division and training objectives of each stage are clear and specific,and the strength quality is the main one.The total number of pre-competition training sessions was 62,single class 22,combined class 40.2.subjects’ pre-competition physical fitness training content arrangement is similar,the training means are rich,the main different performance in the training means and forms of choice.3.characteristics of strength training in each pre-match stage were as follows: the first stage increased first and then gradually decreased,the second stage increased to the maximum,and the third stage gradually decreased,while the training intensity characteristics and quantity The characteristics of change are basically the opposite.4.comparison and analysis before and after the two shot technical analysis data,we can see that the study object inverted four-step speed,shot height,shot speed are higher than the first physical fitness test results,inverted four-step step also changed to a better direction,Liu’s shot angle also increased from the first 3 4.7° to 36.8°,but Yu Mou from 32.4°to 25.1,a decrease.5.comparing the results of two physical fitness tests,the test results of the subjects were maintained or increased as a whole,and the results of Liu’s World Championship were more than those of his trial Far away.Conclusion :1.The physical fitness training of Chinese women’s outstanding javelin athletes before the 2019 World Championships is divided into three stages.The physical fitness training stage of the subjects studied is divided into the same as the goal,and the content arrangement of the training course is similar,all of which are based on the strength quality training.2.In the pre-competition strength training of Chinese women’s outstanding javelin athletes,two different training forms,stable state and unstable state,are mainly used.3.characteristics of pre-competition training load of Chinese women’s excellent javelin athletes are small intensity large or large intensity small quantity,and the training performance is different in weight,group number and times.4.the training effect of good physical fitness before the competition enhances the stability of athletes to maintain perfect technical movements,and can make the overall technology of athletes in the competition period has been in a relatively stable high level.5.scientific pre-competition physical fitness training adapted to the individual of high-level athletes can make the athletes adjust to their best competitive state during the competition,keep their physical strength in the competition,and finally achieve excellent results. |
