| Sport constantly develops with the fusion of the Internet,and the informationization development of the sport industry has become a trend.As its main product,sport industry information websites gradually rise and play a role,which have a certain value for the sustainable development of sport industry of China.WWW.SPORTSII.CN is a representative sport industry information website of China,which is constructed by the cooperation of the Sport Information Center of General Administration of Sport of China and Jiangsu Sujia Group Co.,Ltd.,and implements enterprise operation.It should be a platform for information dissemination and business interaction and can integrate resources to promote the rapid development of sport industry.However,there are some problems in its operating process,which are incompatible with the demands of market and society.Besides,the related research is little,so this thesis sorts out the operating model of WWW.SPORTSII.CN from the application and theoretical point of view,and proposes optimization measures for major problems and difficulties.In this thesis,the operating model of WWW.SPORTSII.CN is the main research object.By means of literature review,field investigation and expert interview,this paper illustrates the development situation of foreign sport industry information websites,and the development situation of domestic sport industry information websites is introduced,then analyzes the operating model of WWW.SPORTSII.CN from the cooperation model,product model,profit model,promotion model,organizational structure model and business process model.Then it finds out the major problems and difficulties,and learns from the operational advantages of the WWW.SPORTCAL.COM,and puts forward the optimization principle and tactics.The results and analysis of this thesis include five parts.The first part is the definition of the concept,and mainly defines the concept of sport industry,information,profit model and operating model.The second part is the development situation of foreign and demostic sport industry information websites.The third part is the analysis of the operating model of WWW.SPORTSII.CN,from the cooperation model,product model,profit model,promotion model,organizational structure model and business process model.The fourth part is the major problems and difficulties of the operating model of WWW.SPORTSII.CN,including: the value-added is not significant;the lack of high-quality product design;the ideal profit model is difficult to achieve;the lack of integrity of the promotion model.The fifth part is the optimization principle and tactics of the operating model of WWW.SPORTSII.CN,including the operational advantages of the WWW.SPORTCAL.COM,optimization principle and tactics.Optimization principle include: phased optimization;positioning clear;integration of resources.The optimization strategies include: create high-quality product model;design effective profit model;build a complete promotion model;set up professional operation team. |
