Reflection And Study On "Three-in-One" Running Model Of Sport University And Institutes In China

All universities have two important functions:service and guidance. The "Three-in-One" of Education, Training and Researching of Sport University and Insitutes, as the major running model, also needs to perform the two functions at the same time. Upholding "Service" and "Guidance" as the guiding ideology, this paper firstly reflects the values of "Three-in-One", and establishes the concept of "Training" according to the Scientific Outlook on Development of "People-oriented" idea.The core of the construction of "Three-in-One" is "combination", in the final analysis, the "combination" is the integration of each participants, such as coach and technical teacher, player and student, researcher and theoretical teacher, and corresponding supports of organizaitonal structure and operating mechanism. This paper, regarding Sport University and Institutes as an organizaiton system, uses the theroy and methods of Organizing System and Harmonious Management, analyzes its external conditions and establishihes its microscopic operating mechanism. Based on deeply investigation and interview, this paper analyzes the practice of "Three-in-One" of Beijing Sport University, and provides some suggestions on the construction of "Three-in-One". To sum up, the main conclusions are following:1The guiding ideology and tasks of the construction of "Three-in-One"The nature of sport and the conception of the all-round dvelopment of people are the starting point and basis of the cultivation of high level players. The need of training is the logical starting point of the construction of "Three-in-One" running model of sport university and institutes, the scientific "training" based on the conception of people-oriented is the guiding ideology of players’training, it is also the guiding ideology of "Three-in-One". Sport university and institutes, as single-discipline colleges, need to untake the tasks of "service" and "guidance", it is also the tasks of "Three-in-One" 2The core and operating mechanism of "Three-in-One" of sport university and institutesThe external conditions of the construction of "Three-in-One" mainly are the cooperation of sport Institutes with sport team, its can provide a platform of integration, interaction and flow for each participants. The operating mechnaism is the mutual coupling of the "designing and optimization" control mechanisms and the "dynamic of change" mechanism of evolution.3The states and shortcoming of the construction of "Three-in-One"By deeply investigating, interviewing and analyzing the practice of the construction of "Three-in-One" of Beijing Sport University, we draw the following conclusions:it already built higher quality platforms in Educaiton, Training and Reseraching, and made some achievements in "Three-in-One". But it also exsisted some shortcomings,(1) from the point of organization management, it lacks corresponding organizaitonal guarantee and operating mechanism. Every department tries the construction of "Three-in-One" separately, lack of contact and interaction.(2) the lack of high quality students, high level technical and theoretical teachers, still restricts the "Three-in-One" at a higher level.4The countermeasures of the construction of "Three-in-One" of Sport University and Institutes(1)The National Training Base in Sport University and Institutes can provide an important platform for the intergration, interaction and flow fo each participants.(2) the construction of learning scientific research team around sports events is the critical point of "Threee-in-One".
