The Analysis Of The Current Situation And Research Of The Policies To Youth Badminton In Beijing

Any country to maintain its leading position in the world of the competitive sports arena,so youth talents training is a must to priority of a job.Based on the situation of juvenile badminton reserve personnel training in Beijing as the research object,part of the district of Beijing sports school badminton coaches and athletes as object of investigation and interviews,conduct field distribution and recycling questionnaire,a total of recycling effective questionnaire 270,240 questionnaires of athletes,coaches 30 questionnaires.End to all of collecting and analyzing data,makes every effort to present teenage badminton reserve talented person in the real situation,classifying problem found comes down,and put forward some rationalization proposal,to strive to provide some theoretical support for the development of Beijing badminton.The obtained data research and analysis the following conclusions are drawn:(1)high rate of teenage badminton,echelon structure is reasonable,but limited talent scale,obvious regional differences,unbalanced development.(2)athletes and parents put the literacy class in primary position,but because of the learning academy entrance problems still outstanding.(3)athletes training motivation show the general characteristics of diversity,motivation is no longer a simplification of the parents.Athletes training expenses rely mainly on household spending.(4)the means of material is single,scientific selection level remains to be further improved.(5)youth badminton athlete's training intensity level is not high,the current volume is far can not meet the requirement of the athlete's training.The results of the competition overall level is not high,lack of top athletic talent.(6)young coaches is the main body of the coach team,the relative lack of coaching experience.(7)the coaches in the daily teaching training effective communication with the athletes,dynamic,fully grasp the training of the athletes to according to constantly adjust the training plan.To solve above problems,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: positive social resources are introduced into the youth to the cultivation of reserve talented person,to improve the young talent base priority;Further deepening diversified joint training mechanism,bound to break through;Government investment will further increase,coaches treatment to further perfect and improve;Provide opportunities for the entry of more young athletes,the game system to open and fair.
