Now a day,Sports social organization of China is at the crossroads.On the one hand,a lot of good policy for developing sports enterprise has focused on,it makes the institution environment more better;On the other hand,the microcosmic of power mechanism leads to a more rigorous control network.Under the times background that the regulating relationship between nation and society,by means of researching the power relation of sports social organization,we expect to acquire a preliminary acquaintance of the social organization's generality and the sports social organization's individuality.At the research field of the relationship between social organization and nation,the research by the theory of power is relatively less,although the scholar expounds the relationship with a power tendency,such as the how nation control over the social organization and tactic response of social organization,but the most of the research don't have a aim of power.In addition,in the field of sports social organization,the current research is case study,involving operations management,event planning,participating in sports management and providing public sports service.It is short of an overall grasp of sports organization's development,not to speak of a research perspective of power.This research is on the basis of the open system theory and Foci's micro-power theory,and combines with the institutional change of China and the development situation of sports organization.With the help of organization field theory,we can define the construction of sports organization field.By means of the research framework that institutional logic and survival strategies,we can confirm the power relation of sports organization.Researches show that,the power relation of sports organization build among the four institutional logic including nation,bureaucrat,market and society.By means of researching the interactive form of power tactic from four kinds of institution logic and the resistance tactics of sports organization,we can acquire a series of specific knowledge of power relation.With the nation's power mechanism becoming more and more disguised and microcosmic,bureaucrat in obedience to nation's power or control it,the power of market and society is rising and reviving,the power relations change between the four kinds system subject promoting the power mobility and networked,and accelerating the reproduction of power relation in the sports organization field.AS a result,the sports organization must act more cautious in the power network,reaching the new balance in power conflict and acquiring maximum benefits of survival and development.
