Generally believed that Circulation resistance strength training(CRST)usually on the explosive force,the maximum strength,relative strength and other forces of the quality of the more obvious.In recent years,the impact of Circulation resistance strength training(CRST)on weight loss,weight control and improvement of body composition indicators have been studied extensively.Studies have shown that the Circulation resistance strength training(CRST)can not only improve the body’s muscle system contractility,but also to improve the BMI value,reduce fat content also has a significant role in enhancing the same time the object of weight loss,deep regulation of the body’s internal Ingredients to further improve the physical condition of the subjects.Subjects and Methods: A total of 37 weight loss patients who received routine anti-resistance training were selected and randomly selected.Twelve weight loss patients were randomly selected and six training subjects with clear training and training frequency were selected.Increase Body mass index(BMI),Skeletal muscle content,Decrease Body fat(BF),Waist to hip ratio(WHR)and body moisture content.The main training aim is to lose weight,especially to reduce body weight,improve Body mass index(BMI),Skeletal muscle content.The control group randomly selected 12 from the same fitness club,and screened six weight loss,which did not carry out circular resistance force training guidance.But will give two groups of almost the same diet and rest schedule to exclude irrelevant variables.The results showed that the weight loss of the 24-week test group was 4.1 ± 1.4(kg),which was 3.1 ± 1.2(kg)higher than that of the control group after 24 weeks of circulating resistance.The BMI reduction in the experimental group was 1.4 ± 0.7(kg / m2),1.1 ± 0.6(kg / m2)higher than the control group.The Body fat reduction in the experimental group was 5.2 ± 0.5(kg),and the reduction was 4.5 ± 0.3(kg)in the control group.The increase of Skeletal muscle in the experimental group was 0.8kg,the increase was 0.5kg more than the control group.The increase of Skeletal muscle in the experimental group was more obvious than that in the control group.Indicating that the exercise prescription and diet and rest schedule recommendations,the general weight loss crowd effective,can play a multiplier effect.As a general exercise prescription,can be extended to the crowd to lose weight,but to combine the personal physical condition,appropriate reference and reference.Conclusion: The exercise prescription of Circulation resistance strength training(CRST)is more targeted,the degree of differentiation is deeper,the degree of refinement is higher;the muscle training of single joint gradually increases to double joint,multi-joint muscle training;the whole 24-week training course,The Body weight,Body fat(BF)and Waist to hip ratio(WHR),the increase of Skeletal muscle and the increase of body mass parameters were more significant than those of the control group.The effect of weight loss was better than that of the antiResistance control training group.Body mass index(BMI),skeletal muscle content,reduced Body fat(BF)content,Waist to hip ratio(WHR)and Body water content were significantly reduced.
