Primary education is the foundation of education,and Physical education is the foundation of the fundamental education.Under the background of urging improving student`s comprehensive abilities,physical education trends to appear its different way to teach.Elementary school physical education(track)(hereinafter referred to as the track and field course)is always a indispensable part of primary education which owns its indispensable value for educating.It is consequential that the track and field sports be acknowledged as ‘The Mother of Sports' or ‘The origin of all sports'.Track and field sports always occupy a place as the most basic form of exercise in the physical course from primary school to college.Human`s way of walking,running,jumping,and pitching would never change no matter how world change.People accepted train of track and field since primary school.Many colleges and universities treat track and field course curriculum as the key point but this course does not going well as envision.Track and field course is going alienating and being weary by students.Based on this background,this paper begin from the most basic primary school education,investigating the current situation of the elementary school track and field course in Henan province to analysis the influence from school leaders,teachers,students,and other factors on field course to carry out,by which the way of Literature method,survey method,mathematical method,etc.The results showed:1.The ignorance of the value and meaning of track and field sports,the one-sided cognition on track and field course and indifferent attitude from leader of school influences the development of track and field course directly.2.The phenomenon of teacher lacking enthusiasm to courses,the old teaching content,the evaluation is not reasonable exists all the time.The teachers lack theoretical and practical ability,the lacking of responsibilities because of too heavy burden.3.The students lose their motivation and interests because they do not have awareness of the value of track and field sports.4.Even the teachers utilize ground and equipments reasonably.There are still so many students can`t be well equipped result in the bad effects of teaching.Social media effect,the family education factors also have a certain influence on track and field course in primary school.
