At present,the construction of applied technology colleges has become an important topic in the construction of modern vocational education system and the optimization of higher education structure,which is an important work for the reform and development of higher education.Along with the application of technical colleges the gradual implementation of the pilot,the application of technical college students' professional identity problems are grad ually emerging.The professional recognition is the basis for t he application of technical college students to continuous learning and improve their ability to promote their active investment in professional learning,take the initiative to obtain the skills required for professional knowledge,and thus play a role in improving the quality of applied technology talents.Based on this,this study takes the first b atch of three pilot schools in Henan Province,Huanghe science and technology College,Xuchang College and Huanghuai College of 1298 students as the research object,using self-compiled scale and interview outline as a research tool,SPSS20.0 software was used to analyze the collected data.In this study,the researcher mainly explores the status quo of the application of technical college students' professional identity from the aspects of professional cognition,professional emotion,professional behavior and professional values,and analyzes the differences in the application of technical college students in different population variables.By analyzing the survey data and collating the interview data,it is found that the professional identity of the applied college students is at the general level of recognition,and the professional cognition is not balanced,the professional emotion is not strong and the professional behavior is not enough.Through the analysis of the fact ors that affect the professional identity of the applied college students,it is found that the individual interest in the individual factors of the students mainly affects the professional identity.The factors of the school education are higher than the teacher factor and the learning environment factors.Among the social influencing factors,the educational policy support factor is higher than the influence of social identity factors on professional identity.In view of this,this study from three aspects puts forward the strategy of improving the professional identity of the applied college students: From the social side,They should further strengthen the government's policy guidance and financial support;actively create a good atmosphere of public opinion,to enhance the professional social identity.From the application of technical colleges and universities,the establishment of long-term infiltration of professional education mechanism to guide students to form a subjective identity;optimize the professional construction,to create a good professional learning base;Professional identity differences,to carry out t argeted professional training.From the a pplication of technical college students,They should objective knowledge of pr ofessional and establish the correct professional values;adjust the mentality and actively take the initiative to cultivate professional interests;do professional learning plan and improve professional behavior.
