In the research on Teachers' occupation identity in China,respectively,from a different perspective on the current situation and influencing factors of the study,however,not much research on information technology teachers' occupation identity.The information technology teachers as a special group,the level of recognition of its own influence the development of information technology disciplines of information technology teachers directly.Occupation identity includes the occupation of teaching disciplines of information technology teachers' identity and the specific identity.The basic scale in this paper mainly refer to Wei Shuhua's doctoral thesis "teacher occupation identity research","design of information technology teachers' occupation identity questionnaire",this questionnaire on Teachers Occupation identity based on the information technology teachers' occupation identity in the two level,to 416 Shenyang city information technology teachers as the research object,the status quo of information technology teachers' occupation identity check adjustment.Through the statistical analysis of the data,the study found that: the occupation identity is above the average level of information technology teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shenyang city(M=4.11),the level of acceptance of teachers' occupation(M=4.17)is slightly higher than the level of teachers' occupation identity information(M=4.07).The gender,title,education,seniority,demographic variables,location of school on the information technology teachers' occupation identity overall level does not exist significant differences.But differs in the individual dimension: the value of the role of teachers has 5 years seniority level was significantly higher than that of the other view of teachers(p<0.05);City Teachers' self-identity to teachers' occupation information is significantly lower than that of rural teachers(p>0.05).In addition,in the winning experience,participating and winning teachers in information technology teachers' occupation sense of belonging,is significantly higher than that of the teachers did not participate in the game(p< 0.001),while the competition winners and Contestants No teacher there is no significant difference(p>0.05).In school,primary school and junior high school,in the overall level of information technology in senior high school teachers' occupation identity,identity and identity of teachers' occupation of teacher occupation information,there were significant differences(p<0.05),and there is no significant difference between junior high school and senior high school(p>0.05).From high to low is: primary school,middle school,high school.According to the above results,put forward the following three suggestions: rational allocation of information technology teachers,full-time teachers;weakening between subject attention degree of imbalance,improve the degree of attention of information technology disciplines;provide opportunities for self display for information technology teachers,improve the information technology teachers' enthusiasm of participating.
