With the rapid development of computer technology,“Internet + education” and the deepening of the concept of lifelong learning,micro lesson as micro learning resources in network learning has gained rapid development.Be aimed at collecting high-quality network learning resources,simultaneously,encouraging teachers to learn the modern computer technology,the Ministry of Education and the local department of education have hosted micro lesson teaching competition for primary and secondary schools,undergraduate and higher vocational.Expect to enhance teachers' ability to develop high-quality teaching resources,thus promoting the depth of integration of information technology and subject teaching.However,in the second national college micro-lesson teaching competition works,the number and quality of basketball micro-lesson works is not optimistic.This paper uses the method of literature analysis and case analysis to analyze the basketball micro-lesson works and the related literature of the past three years.It is found that the factors that influence the deep integration of micro-lesson and basketball discipline are“Shooting environment complex”,“teaching means of traditional”,and “media design single”,“lack of modern technology applications” and other four aspects.Therefore,the author puts forward the introduction of action capture technology in the design and development of basketball micro-lesson.Under the guidance of mastery of learning theory and Meyer multimedia design theory,combined with the characteristics of basketball and learning objectives,from the aspects of teaching content design,media design and virtual environment design,six principles were put forward for basketball micro-lesson design,namely,emotional design principle,focusing design principle,interesting design principle,redundant control principle,scenic control principle and training principle,and according to these six principles The development of “fixed-point shooting” micro-lesson resources.The micro-lesson resource development adopted the three-dimensional skeleton animation by using the motion capture technique to realize the one-time,multi-angle and synchronous teaching;and adopted the three-dimensional modeling technology to construct the virtual basketball court to solve the impact of basketball micro-lesson development of the shooting environment complex issues;and adopted the data visualization technology to quantify the movement data,accurate analysis of the various joint angle differences and internal links in the basketball movement operation process,deepened the learners' understanding of basketball technical knowledge.Not only promoted the diversification of the basketball micro-lesson media design,but also effectively realized the visualization and scientific of basketball technology teaching.This paper elaborates the design principle and development process of the basketball micro-lesson of the integrated motion capture technology in detail,and takes the students of Liaoning Normal University basketball course as the experimental object,and uses the“fixed-point shooting” micro-lesson resources developed by this research to carry out the comparative teaching experiment.By using the questionnaire survey,teachers and students interview,the design of the practicality and validity of the verification to explore the application of the design effect.The experimental results show that the design of the basketball micro-lesson which is based on the basic recognition of the integrated motion capture technique improves the learning efficiency of basketball skills and brings a good visual experience,which gives the evaluation of this design well.In addition,most of the learners believe that the micro-lesson design content refining,three-dimensional teaching demonstration clear,and expressed willingness to share this micro-lesson to others to learn together.All of these are fully demonstrated the integration of motion capture technology basketball micro-lesson resource design is effective.
