In the context of curriculum reform,the school sports to traditional methods of teaching reform and improve teaching content diversification,the sports classroom full of fun,to enable students to actively participate in physical exercise,form the good learning motivation of sports.The interest teaching method is different from the charm of teaching methods,can make students more expectation on Sports in class,students will be more willing to join in the sports activities.Chinese women’s volleyball team won the world champion,improve the awareness of volleyball.Volleyball is the school sports teaching work,to carry out one of the most popular sports in the school sports project,has a large proportion in school sports.In traditional physical education,after the end of the course students can successfully pass the exam,can also master volleyball certain,but the lack of technical ability in volleyball.Volleyball sports teachers as reserve personnel,not only to be able to master the technique of volleyball,have certain ability of teaching,teachers also assume responsibility and obligation.For volleyball course content is more rich,full of fun,enhance the student body Body quality,exercise will,so that students develop physical and mental health.This article uses the literature method,experimental method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,through the interest of teaching thought,teaching with interest teaching method teaching mode construction,the basic teaching of Volleyball as the research subjects,selected Dalian city first middle school 2015 grade students in two classes as the experimental object,through experimental contrast method,respectively using the interest teaching method and traditional teaching method in teaching the experimental class and the control class,verify the feasibility of interest teaching method,provide reference for subsequent experimental study.Through the comparative analysis the following conclusions:(1)interest teaching method makes students in the speed,power,power,etc.,there are significant differences,to improve the physical quality of students has obvious effect.(2)comparison of the experimental class and the control class students’ affective objectives,targets,goals,P values were less than 0.05,there was significant difference.The interest teaching method can meet the psychological needs of students,can improve students’interest in learning,enhance the enthusiasm of the students,in the happy environment gradually familiar with and master volleyball action,improve the quality of action.(3)after the end of the experiment,comparing the experimental class and the control class in the test results of the basic skills of volleyball,the variance analysis results show that P value is less than 0.01,there was significant difference.The interest teaching method helps to improve the quality of teaching.(4)the application of interest teaching method in high school volleyball elective course can improve students’ humanistic quality,so that students really learn to help each other,unity,cooperation,hard work,competitive consciousness and other valuable qualities.
