Professor Chen ang of the university of north Carolina and professor ennis of the university of Maryland have come up with a new model of physical education called the 5E model.Its characteristics in the process of sports technology teaching interspersed with scientific concepts,mainly through the way of inspiration,guidance,assistance,guidance,and so on,so as to promote students to actively participate in,stimulate interest,actively explore and build their own knowledge and technology system.This paper introduces the 5E teaching mode into the volleyball classroom teaching,verifies the application effect of this mode in the volleyball teaching,enriches the volleyball teaching method,provides a new way of thinking for the volleyball teaching method research,and promotes the development of the volleyball teaching.Using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and so on,this paper takes class(1)and class(2)as the teaching objects,and sets class(1)as the control class.The(2)class is set as the experimental class,and the 5E teaching mode is used for teaching.Through the teaching experiment of 36 class hours,to detect the physical condition of students before and after the experiment achievement(high run-up to touch,reverse layup in succession,crook proneness,standing long jump),volleyball skills scores(positive hands mat ball,positive to serve),volleyball theory achievements,sports study interest level positive interest(negative interest in learning,learning,sports participation,sports awareness and ability of autonomic learning sports meet)comparison research,test 5 e teaching model in junior middle school students in volleyball teaching actual effect,enrich the teaching of volleyball,to a certain extent for volleyball teaching reform and development to provide substantial help.The results showed that: 1.In junior high school of 5 e employed in volleyball class teaching mode and the traditional teaching of teaching experiment,two classes of students in physical quality project run-up touch high,reverse layup in succession,crook proneness,standing long jump project on the P value were greater than 0.05,there is no statistical difference,5 e teaching mode,there is no significant impact on physical quality.2.After the use of 5E teaching and traditional teaching teaching experiment in junior high school volleyball class,through the interest questionnairesurvey,there is a significant statistical difference between the experimental group and the control group students whose P value is less than 0.05,and the 5E teaching mode is better than the traditional physical education in improving students’ interest.3.The application of 5E teaching mode in junior high school volleyball teaching is superior to the application of traditional teaching mode in volleyball technique test level.The overall performance of the 5E teaching mode in the theoretical knowledge test is better than that of the traditional teaching mode.
