Social adaptation ability is the individual in order to better survival in psychological,physiological and behavioral changes of various adaptive and society to achieve a harmonious state of a kind of ability to adapt.The junior middle school stage is critical period in the development of adolescent physical and mental,personal physical and mental are developing and mature,gradually forms the basic social cognition and value orientation.Is junior high school boys in the puberty stage,the growth in the process of social adaptation ability is not optimistic.Yang Yan-ping according to the requirements of the establishment of the middle school students’ social adaptation scale,has chosen the information form and middle school students’ learning,life,junior middle school boys have football training experience in dalian,150 people and 166 people without football training experience has carried on the questionnaire survey,and probes into the football training of dalian city junior high school boys the influence of the social adaptation ability.To purposefully guide junior middle school boys better participate in football training,enhancing teenager’s physical quality,strengthen the will quality,shape the tenacious fighting spirit,improve social communication ability and the unity cooperation consciousness.(1)In dalian in the football training of junior high school boys overall,the social adaptation ability of different training fixed number of year of boys in interpersonal relationships,learning adaptation,adaptation,code of conduct of life,emotional control,environmental adaptation existed significant difference(P < 0.05).And along with the increasing length of training,in the aspect of life adaptation,behavior control,environmental adaptation has stronger ability;The how much the number of weekly football training,social adaptation ability of junior high school boys have a certain positive effect.(2)On the dimension of interpersonal relationship,the junior high school boy "in the football training of interpersonal dimension average score higher than" not to take part in football training group "0.77,there is no significant difference(P > 0.05),shows that football training will not be able to effectively promote junior high school boys interpersonal ability.(3)On the learning adapt to the dimensions,junior high school boy "in the football training of interpersonal dimension average score higher than" not to take part in football training group "1.34,there is significant difference(P < 0.05),suggesting that the football training can effectively promote the junior middle school boys better learning.(4)On the dimension of life adapting,junior high school boy "in the football training of interpersonal dimension average score higher than" not to take part in football training group "0.90,there is very significant difference(P < 0.01),suggesting that the football training can effectively improve the adaptability to junior high school boys life.(5)On the behavior dimension,junior high school boy "in the football training of interpersonal dimension average score higher than" not to take part in football training group "0.14,there is very significant difference(P < 0.01),suggesting that the football training can effectively promote the junior middle school boy to regulate their own behavior.(6)On the dimension of emotional control,junior high school boy "in the football training of interpersonal dimension average score higher than" not to take part in football training group "1.43,there is no significant difference(p > 0.05),shows that football training will not be able to effectively promote junior high school boys in control of their emotions.(7)On the dimension of environmental adaptation,junior high school boy "in the football training of interpersonal dimension average score higher than" not to take part in football training group "1.64,there is significant difference(p < 0.05),suggesting that the football training can effectively promote the junior middle school boy’s ability to adapt to the environment.
