Teenagers are facing the pressure from school and family,which makes them produce all kinds of somatization symptoms.It has attracted wide attention.The main purpose of carrying out football training on campus is to improve the physical and mental health of students and enhance their physique.In order to explore the differences of pressure perception and somatization between the students who take part in football training and those who do not take part in the training.In this paper,120 students who took part in football training and 159 students who did not take part in the training were investigated by using the scale of pressure perception and the scale of somatization of children.The independent sample t-test was used to compare the same grade of students who participated in football training and those who did not participate in training.One way ANOVA was conducted among the students who participated in football training among different grades,the students who did not participate in football training among different grades and the students who participated in football training between different training years.Research result:1.There was no significant difference in stress perception scores of junior middle school boys who participated in football training between different grades(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in the scores of stress perception among the students who did not participate in the training between different grades(P<0.01).The scores of junior middle school students in grade three were higher than those of junior middle school students in grade one and grade two.Comparison of the scores of pressure perception between the same grade students who participated in football training and those who did not,there was no significant difference between the first grade,the second grade and the third grade in junior high school(P>0.05).2.There was no significant difference in somatization scores of junior middle school boys who participated in football training between different grades(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in somatization scores among different grades without training(P>0.05).Comparison of the scores of somatization between the same grade students who participated in football training and those who did not,there was significant difference between the first grade,the second grade and the third grade in junior high school(P<0.05).3.There was no significant difference in stress perception scores of junior middle school boys who participated in football training between different training years(P>0.05).There was significant difference in somatization scores of junior middle school boys who participated in football training between different training years(P<0.05).The "two to four years of training" group scored the highest,"Less than two years" group scored the lowest.Analysis conclusion:1.With the increase of school year,the pressure of students is increasing,and the somatization symptoms are more and more obvious.2.Campus football training can effectively relieve students' pressure perception.The pressure perception of the students participating in football training was lower than that of the students not participating in football training.3.Campus football training can reduce students' somatization symptoms.The somatization of students participating in football training was lower than that of students not participating in football training.4.The longer the time to participate in the campus football training,the better the effect of Improving Junior High School Students' pressure perception and somatization.
