The authority of teachers' institutionalization refers to a kind of power of teachers,which is obtained by a certain external formal system.The authority of teachers' institutionalization is a dimension of teachers' authority,which can have influence on their students by working in with personal authority.Today,the teachers' authority become weakening.Therefore,we hope solve this problem by emphasizing the authority of institutionalization.First of all,it is of great significance for teachers 'authority.As part of the educational system,teachers 'authority institutionalization conforming to the requirements of institutionalized society.And it accords with the disciplinarian of school education.Finally,the authority of teachers' institutionalization can sustain the interaction between teachers and students.However,teachers' institutionalized authority has continued to lose status in educational practice.The reason for this situation is complex.From the aspects of whole ideological and cultural,liberalism,individualism,multiculturalism have a deny attitude to the authority of teachers' institutionalization.At the same time,it has a certain degree of utilitarianism,stereotyped and paralytic.Lastly,the teachers' institutionalized authority is shackled by the low quality and mediocre ideal of teachers and the lagging ideas of teaching.As a result,the crisis of teachers' institutionalized authority has become a reality that cannot be ignored.We should attach importance to the crisis of teachers' institutionalized authority and try our best to solve it.Through the analysis of the reasons,we can put forward the following suggestions to make it appropriate.On the one hand,advancing with the times should become the spiritual guidance of teachers' institutionalized authority.The trend of ideological and cultural cannot resist,so the institutional authority of teachers must follow the theme of the times closely and achieve modernization rapidly.On the other hand,the disadvantages of the system can be avoided in the practice of teachers' education.Finally,the nature of teachers' institutionalized authority should be the process and result of teachers' practice.Therefore,teachers should improve their quality themselves and balance the institutionalized authority and personal authority.In this way,we can not only solve his crisis to restore its status but also make it serve the development of education and the growth of students.
