Every child starts to explore and understand the world around them since the date of birth.Kindergarten science laboratory activities can help them to further understand things and phenomenons around them.And the quality of scientific experiment activities depends on whether teachers design and organize activities according to the key experiences of children.HIGH/SCOPE course points out that the Key Experiences is a kind of "reminder" for teachers,which provide the children's need to get the learning experiences as well as the references for teachers to design and organize activities,observe and assess children.This research firstly sort out the key experiences in the kindergarten science laboratory activities,then aiming at the problems in the kindergarten teachers on the basis of "Pragmatism","Situated Cognition Theory","Learning Community" and "Lifelong Learning Theory",with action research as the main research method,cooperating with L,W and Z teacher,try to solve the problems existing in the construction of teachers through kindergarten-based teaching research and practice.This research paper consist of four chapters.The first chapter is introduction,mainly includes five parts : the research origin,research significance,concept definition,literature review and research design;Chapter 2 is the research processes,including four parts:sort out the key experiences ofscientific laboratory activities,diagnose the problems of teachers construction of scientific laboratory experiences,the first and second action to teachers construction of scientific experiment experiences.The third chapter is the results and discussion of the study,firstly,a summary for the research,then analyses the related factors influencing the teachers' construction of scientific laboratory experiences;The fourth chapter is the conclusion and suggestions for the research.The results show that researcher cooperated with the three teachers to design and implement the action plan is effective.Including: teachers' understanding of the key experience of scientific laboratory activitives have changed;teachers start to know the specific content of the key experience of scientific laboratory activities;teachers have preliminary master the approaches to construct the the key experience of scientific laboratory activities.
