With the development of training industry from sprout to start,people begin to focus on this industry gradually.The training industry has been in the developmental stage for 10 years.After that,training enterprises are gradually showing trends of specialization,standardization and scale.In China,education training market is full of opportunities,but the market is complex and mixed,too.Due to the low entry barriers of the training market,many companies rushed into the industry hoping to make a lot of profits.As a consequence of more increasing competitors,education training industry is bound to face a new round of intense test and competition.Nowadays,sustainable development has become a major factor for enterprises to maintain their competitiveness.In order to ensure the sustainability,many enterprises have to constantly adjust the business strategy which is based on the direction of the market development.This article examines the S Company’s marketing environment,strategies and operating conditions using 4Ps,4Cs and 4Rs marketing theory,together with PEST,SWOT and Porter’s five forces model analysis methods.After in-depth study of S Company’s marketing environment,strategies and operating conditions,this article concludes S Company’s successful experiences,existing problems,future improvements and guarantee measures.Finally,it gives a further exploration of how S Company can obtain sustainable development and become a more personalized and customized solution provider through innovative sales strategy,market positioning,and client management.
