Study On The Impact And Countermeasures Of China's Population Aging On The Endowment Insurance System

In recent years,population aging is a global demographic trends,and China's aging population is more obvious.Our policy of long-term implementation of population and family planning leads to lower birth rates,and with the improvement of living standards,the level of medical care,make the death age of our population is icreasing.With the population aging trend is getting worse,population aging affects many aspects of our economy and society,to become China's government attaches great importance to the issue.Currently,over 60 years and 65 years of China's elderly population is not only a large base,but also faster growth rate.Due to the low level of economic development of China,insufficient supply system,large population and other factors,to the endowment insurance system unprecedented challenges.The endowment insurance system is an important institutional framework to build social harmony,providing support for the life of the policy to protect the elderly.Our pension system for the insured always bear to provide basic retirement pension significant responsibility,after years of operation,has been improved a lot,but there are still many problems.Forexampleasincome over expenditure,empty account issues,corporate unpaid insurance premiums serious single financing and so on.China's aging population bring great impact to China's endowment insurance system,the country still lacks complete response to population aging countermeasures.In this thesis,the method of literature research and comparative studies,mainly to China from the 21 century of population aging situation,causes and analyzed the main features of the start of population aging trends.It introduces the concept of the pension system,and function,and describes the pension system from the establishment to the various stages of the development process of reform,and the aging of the population status of the endowment insurance system to bring pressure to pay and other implications.In the analysis of China's pension system has made major achievements,and in-depth analyzes its existence in terms of income over expenditure,empty account,enterprise arrears,financial management and other issues.It focuses on population aging on the impact on our pension,in order to try to come up the road with Chinese characteristics pension reform.
