The Practice Exploration Of Social Integration Of Migrant Children

With the acceleration of Urban-rural integration process and the implementation of land transfer policy,more and more rural migrant workers are moving into the city,the proportion of foreign population of urban communitiescontinues to increase,has formed a characteristic population flow phenomenon of China.At present,the family flow has become a normality of population flow of our country,follow the family,as a passive migratory group,the size of migrant children is increasing,and migrant childrenhas become a new vulnerable groupin urban community.At the same time,a series of social problems surrounding migrant children are intensifying,and social integration is one of the most important issues.Based on the domestic and foreign research results,this study intends to carry out social work involved in the feasibility of social integration of migrant children.Under the guidance of the theory of social work,the author take the migrant children's interviews and questionnaires in the X street asan empirical basis,analyzes the troubled factors of social integration of migrant children,and determines the service demand of migrant children,and formulates and implements the migrantthe "Happy Hour-Children Mutual Growth Team" group work program.After the group,the author analyzes the degree of social integration of migrant children from the two dimensions of social integration of migrant children(social interaction and social identification).The results show that the group work effectively promotes the interaction and communication between migrant children and urban groups,and improves the social interaction of migrant children.At the same time,experienced the group situation,the degree of recognition of urban society of migrant childrenmembershas also been significantly improved.It has been proved that social work intervention has a positive effect on the social integration of migrant children,and the social work practice of social integration of migrant children has achieved complete success.Finally,according to the results of the preliminary investigation,this paper puts forward the scientific suggestions to promote the social integration of migrant children.
