With the deepening of reforming and opening up and the acceleration of city development, a trend of China’s massive migration has happened, called "family of migration" phenomenon, as a result, more and more migrant children followed their parents into the city and into the totally new environment city public schools. Because of their way of thinking, behavior, academic quality, family background, values and so on, In addition these differences would make migrant children’s lives out of urban public schools, and led them cannot integrate into city school life. Therefore, to promote the migrant children in the city public schools to have a successful social integration, has become an important issue we must face to, and how to enhance its teacher-student interaction, peer group interaction, self-potential mining, the question of adaptability improving, are also the important issues we should try to resolve.This paper takes Shenzhen A public primary school as an example of the migrant children’s social integration includes the following five parts:the first is the introduction, mainly introduces the origin and meaning of the research, the research situation at home and abroad, and core concept; second is the basic situation of A public primary school and using the research methods of participant observation and depth interview to research the migrant children of the school, describe its surface, middle, deep integration state, found that the integration only stays in the surface, middle and deep integration is far from to reach; third is the cause of the predicament of migrant children integration analysis, fond that Poor academic performance, prejudice and discrimination from individual teachers and students, and the school management is not in place are the main causes; fourth is the use of group social work method of the migrant children effective empowerment, to observe and study the school field changes, academic performance, teachers and students, peer groups relations improved, field seats rules changed, discrimination rituals were broken, and these changes to promote the impact of migrant children’s social integration, the fifth is to discuss the discovery, reflection of this study.
