Research On Promoting The Social Work Intervention Model Of Widowed Elderly Resilience

The problem of population aging has been significantly improved in our society since twenty-first Century.The government and other social groups have continuously studied new social welfare policies and explored more effective service methods to help the elderly groups enjoy their old age and improve their old age happiness index,While alleviating China's current pension pressure.The elderly who lost their spouses as elderly people who lost their spouses,as the more vulnerable groups of the aging population,lacked effective external support and should be concerned and helped by other members of society,but their unique problems and needs did not get the corresponding s concern.This study aims at the disability of the elderly,concerned about the elderly in the face of the widowed crisis after the emergence of various types of problems,in line with the reality of the elderly meet the needs of satisfaction.The article on the aging of the population and the widowed elderly group based on the use of resilience theory,by the theory and the theory of community,by observation,interview,symposium and questionnaire methods,the Changsha community C,187 widowed elderly information collection.On the basis of statistical analysis,it was found that the elderly in C community had to meet the needs of physical health,mental health,ability improvement,family relations and social interaction.The comprehensive analysis of the results of the survey data,the research thinks that the elderly recipients will be effective in improving their resilience,even the elderly solve the loss problem of the present stagethe environmental system,multi angle to meet the elderly demand.This paper is based on the service of "Reducing the Quality of Life of the Old People" in the Yuelu District of Changsha City,through the comprehensive intervention of the elderly themselves,the elderly family and the community,using the crisis intervention mode,the structure family treatment model and the community Taking care of the service model and designing and conducting professional case work,group work and community activities for 62 people in the C community.After the review and reflection of the questionnaire after the project,the study found that the involvement of social workers service to enhance the elderly resistance to solve the problem of the elderly,to meet their needs have a significant effect.The data also show that the failure of the elderly who have accepted the case work service is more satisfied with the service of the project,and the effect of the crisis intervention mode is more obvious.Based on the results of this study,this paper argues that the anti-stress enhancement project of the elderly is sustainable in our country.To promote the construction of the service system for the elderly in China,to optimize the problems of widowed widowed elderly people,we must strive to build a localized service model for the elderly and actively promote the professional involvement of social workers.
