According to release people club department,our country has entered an aging society,by 2014,more than 60 elderly population reached 210 million,the proportion of the total population 15.5%,of which 210 million of about 40 million people in the elderly is disability,and disability.Disability,therefore,the old man's pension problem has become under the background of population aging in our country must face significant social issues and to be solved urgently.This study is based on the population aging and disability of older adults thinking,using social support,art force,ecological system,and strengthen the power of the theory,synthetically by the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and case interview method,investigation method,collection of Changsha C 82 disability elderly community information.Through the statistical analysis,found that C community disability elderly: psychological loneliness,lack of spiritual life and so on,life self-care ability is poor,with chronic diseases,and other issues.For daily life care and spiritual comfort,medical rehabilitation services aspects of strong demand.Based on the analysis of the survey data,the author thinks that improving the environment support system,build the disability,old man,formal and informal care system can effectively solve the problem of disability,old man,meet their diversified needs.This study in maple red with Changsha social work service center at C community "disability,old people life quality improvement project" as the foundation,through involved in disability elderly themselves,families,groups,communities and other environmental systems,integration of social work of individual,group and community work methods,using psychological social mode,the interactive mode,and community care model,for the community to the old man to carry out the professional social work service.In order to improve the life quality of disability,old man,and promote active aging.Project results show that the loss to the old man's sustainable quality improvement project.To promote the localization,specialization of disability elderly service system construction,should be selected according to the particularity of the case from service mode,give full play to the role of the role of social workers and improve the long-term disability,the elderly service safeguard mechanism to start.
