Along with the rapid development of educational informatization and the arrival of Internet plus education era,it has become the primary goal of national teacher online training to ensure the effect and quality of teachers’ training.There are a lot of studies at home and abroad have shown that understanding the learners’ learning motivation,learning satisfaction,and the relationship between them are of great significance to improve the education and teaching management in the network environment and to guarantee the effect and quality of online learning.However,there are few studies on the group of k12 teachers who participated in online training.Therefore,this study will first used the literature research method to organize and analyze the study of learning motivation,learning satisfaction and the relationship between them,both at home and abroad.And then on the basis of existing research results,a questionnarie was developed to systematically reflect the trained teachers’ learning motivation and learning satisfaction,according to the characteristics of K12 teachers who participated in online training.We chose 400 online training teachers as the research object and used the self-compiled questionnaire to investigate the current situation of learning motivation from interest in learning,social relations,career development,avoidance of routines and external influences the five aspects.At the same time,we research the online training teachers’ satisfaction from the five dimensions of curriculum,learning resources,training effectiveness,training teachers and learning support management service.Then the data obtained were analyzed by IBM SPSS22.0.Besides the questionnaire survey,four K12 teachers who participated in online traning were interviewed.The results of the questionnaire survey and interview show that the overall learning motivation and satisfaction of K12 teachers who participated in online training belong to the middle and high level;among the dimensions of learning motivation,the dimension of interest in learning was the highest,and the other dimensions from high to low were career development,social relations,external influence and avoidance of routines;among the dimensions of satisfaction,the dimension of training teachers was the highest,and the other dimensions from high to low were training effectiveness,learning support management service,curriculum and learning resources;in different background,there are some differences in learning motivation and satisfaction;there is a correlation between learning motivation and satisfaction,and learning motivation have obvious predictive power to the satisfaction,especially interest in learning.Finally,according to the research results,the strategies of improving teacher learning satisfaction from the perspectives of tutors,coursesand training institutions are put forward,so as to provide reference on the future development of teachers’ online training.
