| With the rapid development of information technology,“internet-education” is also increasingly respected.In 2012,the department of education released < The ten-year development plan of education informatization>,which has promoted the development of information technology,actively encouraged new technology into the class room,and promoted the development of higher education information.In the same year,MOOCS surged and became a craze in higher education.Subsequently,many institutions of higher learning in China have joined the development process of online education.Online education is welcomed by students because of its low cost,convenient operation,breaking the limitation of time and space and learning anytime and anywhere.With the introduction of online learning into universities,college students' satisfaction has gradually become an important index to measure the development of online education.This study conducted a questionnaire survey for undergraduate,postgraduate and doctoral students of S university through combing domestic and foreign literature to understand the basic information of students,online learning overview and satisfaction degree of indicators.According to the open questions set after the questionnaire,students' answers were sorted out with high-frequency words,and the three dimensions of learning platform,learning interactions and learning experience were summarized,which had the greatest influence on students' satisfaction.Finally,the results show that the three dimensions of learning platform,learning interactions and learning experience are significantly positively correlated with student satisfaction.Among them,the dimension of learning experience has the greatest impact on student satisfaction.In the end,in view of this research result,the author gives relevant policy suggestions from the government,schools and teachers,students themselves and enterprises,so,as to provide reference for online learning workers. |
