Study On The Education Of Contemporary College Students' Vocational Values

With the transformation of China's economic system,the reform of the education and employment system,the vocational values of college students are affected by various factors.The university as a leading force in cultivating college students should play a leading role in the practice of education and carry out the education of vocational values throughout the education system.The purpose is to train students to form the scientific concept of vocational value,help them to consider their self-value and social value while facing choices,make scientific planning,have noble vocational morality,and realize scientific development of career development in the future.Study on the Education of Contemporary College Students' Vocational Values is put forward under this background.The study attempts to explore the characteristics of contemporary university vocational values,find the problems existing in the education of college students vocational values,analysis of the reasons,and then put forward the ideas and measures to further strengthen the education of college students vocational value in china.The main content of this paper includes three parts:The first part introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis:first,define the concept of vocational values,analysis the factors of the formation of the concept of vocational value influence,and points out the characteristics of contemporary college students vocational values;Secondly,define the concept of the education of vocational values,analysis of the function and the necessity of vocational values education;finally,expounds the theoretical basis of the application.The second part describes the experience and problems of contemporary college students' vocational values education,and analyzes the causes of the problems.At present,the university had already built a relatively complete education system,expanded the more abundant form of education,but still exist a variety of problems.The main reason is that the defect of traditional talent cultivation in universities mode,the thinking of market economic benefits,the lack of education supervision mechanism,the failure of communication between society,family and school,the wanting of awareness and the complex and changeful of the students.The third part puts forward the countermeasures to improve vocational values education,strengthening the pertinence of vocational values education,focusing on developing the recessive resources of vocational values education,attaching importance to the construction of educators,improving the evaluation mechanism of the effect of education,setting up the education platform to form a joint force of society,family and school,cultivating students' ability of self-education.
