Research On The Status Quo Of College Students' Vocational Value And Education Countermeasures

With the popularization of higher education and employment in the market,Unemployment graduation is increasing.Students who are successful employment are not only related to its own development,but also related to the long-term development of the society.The employment of university students is largely difficulty in choosing jobs.Mind decides behavior.The vocational value of college students reflects on the vocational choice and job evaluation.A correct understanding of the status quo of college students' professional values,education to guide students to adapt to the socialist market economic development professional values,has become an important task of ideological and political work,a new topic is vocational guidance college students face.This paper mainly refer to make the Chinese People's University professor Zeng Xiangquan of the occupational values of college students questionnaire ",from the career cognition,career choice and career evaluation three dimensions of Undergraduates in Anhui University as an example,conducted a questionnaire survey,a total of 500 questionnaires,recycling questionnaire 500 copies,480 valid questionnaires,the effective rate was 96%,the result is representative.According to the status of the investigation and analysis of the occupational values of college students and found it in vocational awareness,career choice,job evaluation showing self consciousness is obvious and enhanced autonomy;evaluation standard of pragmatic,utilitarian highlights;diversified value orientation,the conflict;occupational expectation ideal characteristics.In order to explore the factors for the formation of College Students' view of occupation value influence from four aspects of society,school,family,individual,tries to establish the core values of the socialist education as the core,a firm belief in Marx,the establishment of China socialism common ideal,patriotism,collectivism and the national spirit of reform and innovation,promote the spirit of the times,establish dedicated the integrity of the occupation moral,as the content of college students occupation values education,guide college students to form scientific scientific occupation cognition,occupation ideal,good occupation morality,occupation planning,scientific development to make can achieve their own development and adapt to the occupation choice of the needs of social development,so as to form a scientific concept of occupation value.
