Advantage Under The Perspective Of Rural Flow Mitigation Strategy Research Young Adults Psychological Problems

With the further development of urbanization,and the gradual improvement of the level of social services.The rural young adult labor of mobility,as the builders of the city,gradually,the level of attention,from the original focus on local products on working problems evolved into a focus on their mental health level gradually.Rural young adult labor of mobility,is between the working class and migrant workers,Generally speaking,They have some technical ability and engaged in free occupation groups.Through the study on the development of rural young adult labor of mobility in Changchun District,a small group selected from Anhui in the home as the research object,the research adopts the research methods of field investigation,literature analysis and interview survey,from the perspective of the advantages of group life factors such as themselves,pay attention to the psychological problems may lead to social environmental assessment analysis,proposed three aspects of solving strategy.The individual level,mainly focus on the case of internal and external resources,mobilize the community level,emphasizes the establishment of rural young adult labor of mobility group service platform,the establishment of municipal level integrated service platform,three aspects are linked together,the heart problem prevention and improvement of rural migrant labor force of young groups fundamentally.This paper is divided into five parts:The introduction mainly discusses the theory,practical significance,research background,research status,research ideas and research methods,the overall structure of the paper.In the first chapter,the author discusses the psychological problems of the rural young adult labor of mobility,expounds the selection process of the case,divides the psychological state of the research group,and puts forward the causes.In the second chapter,the author analyzes the psychological problems of young people in rural areas from the perspective of advantages,analyzes the resources occupied by the surveyed groups by using the theory of advantage,and analyzes the power and possibility of solving the problems.The third chapter discusses the advantages from the perspective of social work intervention strategies,the intervention of social work from the perspective of competitive advantage strategy is the important part of the study,the core is to put forward corresponding measures to solve the psychological problems of the surveyed population,improve the quality oflife of rural young adult labor of mobility,promoting social harmony.The fourth chapter is the conclusion part,the rural young adult labor of mobility facing the problem is more complex,because of psychological problems caused by the macro policy or economic development to address more trouble,for social workers may need long-term efforts and policy advocacy to solve,for individual factors,because the case itself caused by psychological problems relative to the main relatively easy to solve.
