| As a kind of attitude variables,the professional sense of mission has been paid more and more attention by researchers in recent years,and the professional mission has an important impact on people’s behavior and performance.During the basic education,preschool education occupies an important position,with the foundation and continuity of the role of preschool teachers is an important part of preschool education,the construction of high-quality teachers is of great significance for promoting the development of preschool education.But in fact,there are still some problems in the attitude and behavior of many early childhood teachers in our country.Occupation mission is an important variable of occupation attitude,have a great impact on the working behavior and performance,so it is necessary to introduce the occupation mission in the study of kindergarten teachers in a sense,to investigate the current situation of preschool teachers’ occupation mission,and Countermeasures of preschool teachers professional occupation characteristics to enhance its sense of mission.Based on the above,this research adopts the method of questionnaire survey and literature analysis,combined with the Henan Xihua County kindergarten teachers survey example,issues related to research on preschool teachers’ occupation mission,the research content includes five parts: one is the background and significance of this research,clear thinking and research methods,the two is the theoretical basis of establishing this paper through literature analysis,research on the concept,occupation sense of mission and the influencing factors have been summarized,through the inductive analysis to provide a reference for this study is a combination of three children in Xihua County of Henan province teachers occupation mission survey data,the occupation mission is divided into four dimensions and evaluation and analysis of present situation and characteristic of the overall situation,Xihua County kindergarten teachers occupation mission,demographic differences of kindergarten teachers’ occupation mission In four,is a major factor in preschool teachers’ occupation mission based analysis of the status quo and characteristics of the impact of the kindergarten teachers’ occupation mission,clear reason to reduce or improve their occupation sense of mission,the five is to put forward countermeasures to improve children’s sense of mission is called occupation.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The professional mission of preschool teachers in Xihua County of Henan is in the upper level.(2)Preschool teachers’ occupation mission in urban and rural areas,public and private,education,income and other variables have significant differences,no significant difference in marriage or not,seniority and age etc..(3)The stability and safety of work,the awareness of early childhood education,good working environment are the factors that increase the professional mission of preschool teachers.(4)The main factors that reduce the sense of professional mission of preschool teachers are poor family status,low social status,parents do not understand,work pressure,income and pay is not match.(5)In order to improve the professional mission of preschool teachers,it is necessary for the government,kindergarten,kindergarten teachers and the whole society to work together to improve the social status and salary level of preschool teachers. |
