| Professional identity is a subjective feeling of the social value brought by the profession that a worker is engaged in.In 2003,the Ministry of Education issued the"Guidance on the Reform and Development of Early Childhood Education",which pointed out the future development trend of rural preschool education and established a series of regulations around the treatment of rural male kindergarten teachers.In 2003,the Ministry of Education issued the Guidance on the Reform and Development of Early Childhood Education,which pointed out the future trend of rural preschool education and established a series of regulations around the treatment of rural male early childhood teachers.At present,the career development and professional recognition of rural male kindergarten teachers have not received sufficient attention,and the professional recognition of rural male kindergarten teachers is related to the construction of the teaching force of kindergarten teachers,as well as an important influencing factor in the development of rural basic education work.Based on this,it is necessary to focus on detailed research on the factors influencing the career identity of rural male kindergarten teachers,to further improve the research theoretical system,and to promote the improvement of rural education.Based on social identity theory,gender theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and the basic content of occupational identity theory,this paper analyzes the current situation of occupational identity of rural male kindergarten teachers in Wujiang District with the help of questionnaire survey,empirical analysis and other research methods,introduces the overall situation of male kindergarten teachers in Wujiang District,and further analyzes the occupational identity of kindergarten teachers in Wujiang District according to the survey results.The study further analyzed the professional identity of male kindergarten teachers in Wujiang District and the differences in their professional identity based on the survey results.Based on the survey analysis and interview analysis,we also discussed the factors influencing the professional identity of male kindergarten teachers in rural areas of Wujiang District,including career development prospect,teacher training,professional knowledge and skills,education style,income level and welfare benefits,kindergarten facilities and interpersonal relationships.At the same time,this paper further proposes strategies to improve the career identity of male kindergarten teachers in rural kindergartens in Wujiang District from the governmental level,individual level,and kindergarten level by combining the survey and analysis of the career identity of male kindergarten teachers in rural kindergartens in Wujiang District.This paper finds that:first,the overall professional identity of rural male kindergarten teachers in Wujiang District is low,and the recognition of male kindergarten teachers’ career in social development is not high.In the current social environment,rural male kindergarten teachers need to improve their awareness and also strengthen the policy support for the professional development of rural male kindergarten teachers to enhance the professional identity of rural male kindergarten teachers.Second,the career identity of rural male kindergarten teachers in Wujiang District is affected by a combination of factors.The survey found that the main influential factors affecting the career identity of male kindergarten teachers are career prospects,education methods,income levels and welfare benefits.Third,in order to better improve the professional identity of male kindergarten teachers in rural kindergartens in Wujiang District,this paper suggests that the government should increase investment and set up a special allowance system for rural kindergartens;kindergartens should strengthen the improvement of kindergarten environment,encourage rural male kindergarten teachers to actively participate in training,and further strengthen home cooperation;rural male kindergarten teachers should personally improve their professional awareness,strengthen their comprehensive ability,and For individual male kindergarten teachers,they should improve their professional knowledge,strengthen their comprehensive ability,clarify their professional goals,and build good interpersonal relationships. |
